I’m Jerry Sexton, owner of Urban Upkeep. When you contact us, you are not dealing with a big sales team or a revolving door of crews. You are dealing directly with the person responsible for the work.
We take pride in clear communication, honest answers, and careful workmanship. We are not trying to be the fastest or the cheapest contractor in town. Our goal is to do the work correctly, keep you informed, and leave you happy enough to call us again the next time your home needs attention.
Urban Upkeep handles remodeling, repairs, finish carpentry, flooring, doors, windows, bathrooms, kitchens, decks, porches, and general home improvement projects.
